Childrens Mental Health | New Children’s Crisis Response Website Launched.
MetrCCS is a public/private partnership in the 7-County Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area of mental health crisis response providers, parents, advocates, hospitals and third party payers. They have just re-launched an important website to help people find their local mental health crisis services and resources – in 8 languages. www.childcrisisresponsemn.org
- Crisis Intervention
Mental health crisis workers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide counseling and support. We can help you work through a difficult situation and manage the crisis.
- De-escalation
We can help you calm down someone who is angry, out of control or very upset. We can also help you make the situation safer
- Crisis Planning
Our staff will help you develop a plan for managing crisis, now and in future situations
- Crisis Stabilization
Crisis stabilization is an in-home follow-up service that can last up to four weeks
- Consultations
Our team works with community organizations, hospitals, schools, and law enforcement to help better understand mental health.
