We work hard to get most people in our offices at times that fit, please be on time for your appointment. 

When a client is late 10 minutes, every clinic deals with this differently.  Some clinics refuse to adjust and mandates that you reschedule, we do not do that, we work hard to accommodate and get results with the situation at hand.  

This does not give you permission to be late, please be on time, everyone benefits from good time management.
